Assignment #2 panning

From assignment #2 This is a photo of my friend John Stadler running on the track. To get this photo I had to pan the camera. The shutter speed was 1/15, and the iso was at 100. I believe that this photo is my strongest because it is the only panning shot that I got that was in focus. Also it follows the rule of thirds.
